Adventures in Integrated Science (Enhanced Edition) 7-10
Adventures in Integrated Science Series (Enhanced Edition) is an enhanced version of Adventures in Integrated Science Series (K to 12) Edition. It adapted features from the previous version that were deemed informative and helpful to students’ learning. The series included additional activities, photos, and illustrations to make the lessons easier to understand. Each quarter starts with a review of the previous lessons and a pretest to assess the students’ preparedness for the new lesson. The chapters include Time to Start, which acts as a springboard for the students to focus their minds on the lesson at hand.
The activities vary in terms of difficulty and deliverables to accommodate the different types of learning strategies. Mental activities such as problem solving, experiments, research presentations, and do-it-yourself projects were also included whenever applicable. To make the topics lighter, poems and storytelling were used to introduce and/or conclude chapters.
Students reading the new series will find themselves conversing with these books because of the style of writing used. Moreover, they can also assess their progress because each chapter ends with a Chapter Challenge.
Most importantly, this series is based on the MATATAG Curriculum Guide provided by the Department of Education. The competencies that are required for each topic are all included in the activities and lessons presented. This series also provides a Learning Guide that will help the teachers in the delivery of each lesson, as well as Answer Keys for all the assessments and activities within the books.
Araling Panlipunan (Pilipinas, Asya, Ekonomiks, Mga Kontemporaryong Isyu) 7-10
Ang serye ng mga batayang aklat na ito ay idinisenyo upang maging kasangkapan ng mga guro at mag-aaral para sa mas makabuluhan at epektibong pagkatuto ng asignaturang Araling Panlipunan para sa sekundarya. Ang seryeng ito ay nakabatay sa Revised K to 10 Kurikulum (MATATAG) ng Kagawaran ng Edukasyon (Department of Education o DepEd) at isinulat alinsunod sa mga itinakdang layunin, nilalaman, kasanayang pampagkatuto, pamantayang pangnilalaman, at pamantayan sa pagganap ng nasabing kurikulum.
Binuo ang bawat batayang aklat sa serye na may malinaw na pagkakaugnay-ugnay upang matiyak ang progresibong pag-unlad ng pag-unawa at kasanayan ng mga mag-aaral sa bawat baitang. Inihain ng bawat batayang aklat ang mga paksa gamit ang lente ng mga disiplina sa agham panlipunan gaya ng heograpiya, kasaysayan, sosyolohiya, agham pampolitika, ekonomiks, at antropolohiya. Mapapansin na ang mga aralin ay nakabalangkas sa expanding horizon model—isang pamamaraang naglalahad ng mga konsepto at isyu mula sa sarili at pamilya, tungo sa pamayanan, bansa, at daigdig.
Ang seryeng ito ay ginawa para tulungan ang mga mag-aaral na mas makilala ang kanilang sarili bilang bahagi ng lipunan. Layunin nitong buksan ang kanilang mga mata sa mga isyung bumabalot sa paligid; hikayatin silang maging tunay na makabayan hindi lang sa salita, kundi maging sa gawa; at gabayan sila upang maging responsable sa kanilang mga desisyon at kilos. Sa pag-unawa sa sariling kasaysayan at kultura, mahuhubog ang kanilang kakayahang tumugon sa mga hamon ng bayan sa paraang makatao at makatarungan.
Sa bawat paksang-aralin, sa bawat gawaing makabuluhan, at sa bawat tanong na magtutulak sa mga mag-aaral upang mas mag-isip nang malalim, inihahanda sila ng seryeng ito na maging aktibong kabataang Pilipinong mag-aaral na makapag-aambag sa pagbuo ng isang lipunang payapa, patas, demokratiko, at mulat.
Araling Panlipunan Series 4-6
Ang serye ng mga batayang aklat sa Araling Panlipunan para sa lkaapat hanggang lkaanim na Baitang ay nakabatay sa MATATAG Kurikulum ng Kagawaran ng Edukasyon (Department of Education o DepEd) para sa mga mag-aaral sa lkalawang Yugto ng Pagkatuto (Key Stage 2).
lsinaalang-alang ang mga mithiin ng kurikulum at sinundang mabuti ang mga isinasaad nitong mga nilalaman, kasanayang pampagkatuto, pamantayang pangnilalaman, at pamantayan sa pagganap.
Ang serye ay binubuo ng mga batayang aklat na may magkakatulad na balangkas at pagkakaugnay-ugnay para sa mga mag-aaral sa para sa ikaapat hanggang ikaanim na baitang.
Layunin ng serye na hubugin ang mga Pilipinong mag-aaral na maging mapanuri, produktibo, at responsable sa lipunan, na may malalim na pag-unawa sa kanilang kultura at kasaysayan, pagmamahal sa bansa, at kaalaman sa mga isyung panlipunan at pampolitika.

BINHI (Pinagyamang Edisyon) Gr. 1-6
Samantala, isinaalang-alang din sa paghahanda ng bawat level ng serye ang layuning maging katuwang ng mga kapuwa gurong nagtuturo ng Filipino sa pagpupunla ng pundasyon at pagpapayabong ng mga kaalaman, kasanayan, at pagpapahalagang magagamit nang marapat ng isang bata para maging mahalagang bahagi ng kaniyang pamilya, ng lipunang kinabibilangan, at ng Inang Bayan.
Ang pinagyamang edisyon ng Binhi: Wika at Pagbasa ay alinsunod sa pinakabagong K to 12 Gabay Pangkurikulum at Ortograpiyang Pambansa ng Komisyon sa Wikang Filipino. Sa pagbabalangkas nito, unang isinaalang-alang ang mga bagong kalakaran para masinop na mailakip ang dagdag na mga kaalaman at kasanayan sa kabuuan ng bawat level ng serye. Pinanatili ang spiral approach sa dahilang ito ang pinakamabisang pagdulog para sa mga batang mag-aaral sa elementarya na nagsisimula pa lamang sa pagkatuto ng mga aralin sa wika at mga kasanayan sa pagbasa. Tiniyak din na ang mga kasanayan sa pakikinig, pagsasalita, pagbasa, pagsulat, at panonood ay malilinang sa iba’t ibang bahagi ng aklat.
Bagaman ang pangunahing layon sa pagbuo ng seryeng ito ay maging instrumento sa pagkatuto ng mga batang mag-aaral, isinaisip din ng mga may-akda na maging abot-kamay sa mga kaguro ang mga kabatiran at maraming pagsasanay na agarang magagamit sa paghahanda at pagsasakatuparan ng pagtuturo. Makatutulong din sa pagpapagaan ng paghahanda ang paggamit ng Gabay sa Pagtuturo kung saan nakalakip ang mga mungkahing gawain sa pagtuturo ng pinagsanib na wika at pagbasa at ang mga gabay sa pagwawasto ng mga pagsasanay.
