Dynamic Series in MAPEH Gr. 1-6

The Dynamic Series in MAPEH elementary series adopts the principles embodied in the Department of Education's prescribed K to 12 Basic Education Curriculum that focuses on the learner as a recipient of the knowledge, skills, and values necessary for artistic expression and cultural literacy. Lessons and activities in eacn book are student-centered and are based on a spiral progression of processes, concepts, a skills and grounded in performance-based learning. The books, particularly Music and Art, are designed to ensure effective learning through active participation and performance, creative expression, aesthetic valuation, critical response, and interpretation. The skills that the books aim to develop include reading/analyzing, listening/observing, performing, responding, composing, and creating.

Lessons and activities in Physical Education (PE) support the "Move to learn" principle as the context of physical activity which is viewed as the means for learning, and the "Learn to move" principle that embodies the learning of skills and techniques and the acquisition of understanding that are requisites to participation in a variety of physical activities that include exercise, games, sports, dance, and recreation. The PE books fully implement the concept that fitness and movement education is the core of the K to 12 PE Curriculum.

Finally, lessons and activities in Health focus on the physical, mental, emotional as well as the social, moral, and spiritual dimensions of holistic health. They teach the learners to acquire essential knowledge, attitudes, and skills that are necessary to promote good nutrition, to prevent and control diseases, to prevent substance abuse, to reduce health-related risk behaviors, and to prevent and control injuries with the end-view of maintaining and improving personal, family, community, as well as global health. Whenever possible, develop mentally appropriate, learner-centered teaching approaches are used to teach the lessons in Health Education.

Dynamic Series in HELE Gr. 4-6

The Dynamic Series in HELE corresponds to the K to 12 Basic Education Curriculum prescribed by the Department if Education to develop the knowledge and skills of the learners in the fields of entrepreneurship, information and communications technology, agriculture, home economics, and industrial arts. This series integrates entrepreneurship with all the areas of Home Economics and Livelihood Education. The series also aims to strengthen a wholesome relationship within the family, the community, and the nation.

Echoes the Series Gr. 7-10

The Exploring the Realms of Science series K to 12 Edition is an offshoot of the initial chapters from the Exploring the Realms of Science Integrated Science, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics. This series came about as a response to the implementation of the K to 12 Curriculum in our country. The revised edition includes all the topics required by the Department of Education for Junior High School with the inclusion of other topics that the authors deemed necessary for better understanding of the students. Though written by five different authors based on their field of expertise, every book in the series as a whole is cohesive in a way that major areas for each quarter are the same. Focus on application of the concepts has also been added. The uniqueness of the original books is also reflected in the revised edition to offer variety of presentations.

With the cooperation and hardwork of each individual author and the relentless encouragement of the publisher and close friends, this series has been successfully written.

BOOTCAMP A PROGRESSIVE APPROACH TO ICT Gr. 1-6

BootCamp is a computer series for Grades 1 to 6 learners. The topics in each book are presented using a progressive approach from the most basic to more complicated concepts matching the learners’ readiness while also testing their capability to take on more challenging tasks. Bilang mga guro, lubos ang pagpapahalaga ng mga may-akda ng seryeng BINHI sa pagtatamo ng tama at angkop na edukasyon ng mga batang mag-aaral na Pilipino.

Pinanatili ang spiral approach sa dahilang ito ang pinakamabisang pagdulog para sa mga batang mag-aaral sa elementarya na nagsisimula pa lamang sa pagkatuto ng mga aralin sa wika at mga kasanayan sa pagbasa. Tiniyak din na ang mga kasanayan sa pakikinig, pagsasalita, pagbasa, pagsulat, at panonood ay malilinang sa iba’t ibang bahagi ng aklat.

Bagaman ang pangunahing layon sa pagbuo ng seryeng ito ay maging instrumento sa pagkatuto ng mga batang mag-aaral, isinaisip din ng mga may-akda na maging abot-kamay sa mga kaguro ang mga kabatiran at maraming pagsasanay na agarang magagamit sa paghahanda at pagsasakatuparan ng pagtuturo. Makatutulong din sa pagpapagaan ng paghahanda ang paggamit ng Gabay sa Pagtuturo kung saan nakalakip ang mga mungkahing gawain sa pagtuturo ng pinagsanib na wika at pagbasa at ang mga gabay sa pagwawasto ng mga pagsasanay.
