Explore and Experience Science Gr. 1-6

Explore and Experience Science Worktext Elementary Series is aimed at the development of the learners’ essential process skills. The contents of each book in the series are designed to develop learners who are scientifically literate, mindful stewards of God’s creation, knowledgeable and value-oriented decision makers.

The worktext series has the following salient features:

A.           K to 12 Curriculum Compliant

Lessons about Matter; Living Things and Their Environment; Force, Motion, and Energy; and Earth and Space are taught following a spiraling progression through the different grade levels. All lessons reflect the learning competencies as prescribed by the Department of Education (DepEd).

B.            Up-to-date and Organized Content

Each unit is divided into chapters and each chapter to different lessons. A unit starts with a Kick Off which introduces the whole unit. Each chapter starts with essential questions and lists down learning competencies. Each lesson contains the following elements: Objectives, Probe, Step Up, Quick Check, Wrap Up, Run Through, and Go Further.
