TLE 4-6

Technology and Livelihood Education in the 21st Century is a series of worktexts specially designed for grade school learners. It follows the Department of Education (DepEd) Revised K to 10 Curriculum and helps learners acquire important skills needed for everyday life. This series aims to make learning meaningful, enjoyable, and useful both in school and at home.

Each worktext uses a simple and learner-friendly format to guide learners step by step. The Vocabulary section introduces key words to help learners better understand the lesson. Check and Learn allows learners to recall what they already know and prepare for new ideas. In Explore and Learn, learners discover new concepts through clear explanations and engaging discussions that promote thinking and participation.

To help learners apply what they have learned, Do and Learn provides activities that check understanding and build skills. Meanwhile, Try and Learn encourages learners to use their knowledge in real-life situations, helping them become more independent and responsible. These sections are carefully designed to develop important 21st-century skills such as critical thinking, creativity, communication, and problem-solving.
