Edukasyong Pantahanan at Pangkabuhayan Gr. 4-6

Ang EDUKASYONG PANTAHANAN AT PANGKABUHAYAN (Dynamic Series in HELE) ay batay sa K to 12 Basic Education Curriculum na itinakda ng Department of Education upang linangin ang kaalaman at mga kasanayan ng mga mag-aaral sa mga larangan ng Entrepreneurship, Information and Communications Technology (ICT), Agrikultura, Edukasyong Pantahanan (Home Economics), at Industrial Arts. Isinama sa seryeng ito ang entrepreneurship sa lahat ng bahagi ng Home Economics and Livelihood Education. Nialayon din ng seryeng ito na palakasin ang mabuting relasyon sa loob ng pamilya, komunidad, at bansa.

 

Ang mga aralin at mga aktibidad sa bawat aklat ay nakabatay sa mga konsepto, proseso, at kaugaliang kinakailangan para umunlad ang kakayahang teknolohikal at kasanayang pang-entrepreneurial ng mga mag-aaral. Idinisenyo ang mga ito upang tiyakin ang mabisang pagkatuto sa pamamagitan ng aktibong pakikilahok at nagsama rin ng mga proyektong kaakit-akit para sa mga mag -aaral upang iparamdam sa kanila ang diwa ng entrepreneurial at himukin silang makapagtayo ng kanilang sariling mga Negosyo upang maging produktibo at responsableng indibidwal, miyembro ng pamilya, at mamayang Pilipino.

Ang serye ng Makabagong BINHI (Wika at Pagbasa para sa Elementarya) ay alinsunod sa kahingian ng Revised K to 10 Kurikulum (MATATAG) para sa asignaturang Filipino na itinakda ng Kagawaran ng Edukasyon (Department of Education o DepEd). Ang bawat batayang aklat sa serye ay idinisenyo upang linangin ang literasi, kakayahang komunikatibo, kritikal na pag-iisip, mapanuring pag-unawa sa iba't ibang uri ng teksto, at pagpapahalaga sa sariling kultura ng mga mag-aaral. Sa pamamagitan ng mga tekstong makabayan at makabagong pamamaraan ng pagtuturo, tinutulungan ng Makabagong BINHI ang mga mag-aaral na maging handa sa hamon ng makabagong panahon na kasabay na pinagyayaman ang kanilang pagkatao bilang mga responsableng Pilipino at bilang global na mga mamamayan.

Pinagtuonan ng nasabing kurikulum ang tatlong pangunahing ideya-ang mga ito ay ang Literasi, Wika, at Teksto. Isinaalang-alang ang mga ito sa pagbabalangkas ng serye.

Ang serye ng mga aklat sa MAKABANSA para sa Unang Baitang hanggang sa lkatlong Baitang ay nakabatay sa MATATAG Kurikulum. Makabansa ang bagong katawagan para sa asignatura sa Unang Yugto ng Pagkatuto (Key Stage 1) para sa mga mag-aaral mula sa Unang Baitang hanggang sa lkatlong Baitang.
